Training At Chen Style Tai Chi Academy
Chinese martial arts has a long history, is a witness to the years, and is a treasure of culture.
The road to training martial arts (or Tai Chi) is full of hardships and challenges, but it is these hardships that have forged the glory of martial artists. Every jump and every strike condenses the hard work and sweat of martial artists, and tells of their love and persistence for martial arts. Let us embark on this martial arts journey together and pursue the tranquility and strength from the heart.
Practicing Tai Chi not only exercises our bodies, but also teaches us how to regulate our breathing and how to concentrate. In our busy lives, Tai Chi is like a good medicine that helps us relieve stress and regulate our emotions. It allows us to find tranquility in the hustle and bustle and peace in the impetuousness.
Training Plan
The basic skills training of Tai Chi is the only way to enter the door of Tai Chi and need to be practiced daily. It covers the steady posture, smooth walking, agile hand gestures, relaxation, flexibility, waist turning, delicacy, and coordination of body, footwork, eye movements, breathing and thoughts. Through hard practice day after day, students can not only improve their physical fitness, but also understand the yin and yang of Tai Chi between movement and stillness, and achieve the state of unity of body and mind.
Our disciple Chen-style Tai Chi masters will teach you how to do something and they will do their utmost to help you to progress, but your actual progress all depends on your personal effort. The harder you train, the more you learn, and the better you get.
