Daily Training

2 Main Classes After Breakfast And 3 Main Classes In The Afternoon

Tai Chi training is not only a physical exercise, but also a spiritual practice. In the process of practicing Tai Chi, we need to maintain inner peace and concentration, abandon distracting thoughts, and feel the changes and reactions brought about by each movement with our heart. This inner practice can not only help us improve our self-control ability, but also enable us to remain calm and composed when facing difficulties and challenges in life.

Training at the Chen Style Tai Chi Academy continues year round and is open to students of all ages and experience levels. We are happy to welcome people from all over the world and give them the chance to come together and add to the Chen Style Tai Chi community, sharing the experience of learning traditional Chen Style Tai Chi and Chinese martial arts.

Daily training of Tai Chi is a gradual and persistent process. From the ZhanZhuang (or Standing), Tai Chi walking, partner push hands work, Cloud Hands, balance exercises and more basic skills training, to gradually mastering the essentials of the Tai Chi style, and then to combining individual movements and performing them smoothly, each stage requires our patience and effort.
