The Prices & Fees includes Application Fee, training classes and 3 meals a day...
The Prices & Fees at Chen Style Tai Chi Academy includes Application Fee, Tai Chi (or Kung Fu and Martial Arts) training classes and training facilities, 3 meals a day for the whole week, accommodation with hotel-style private single room, certificate of achievements and optional classes (like calligraphy and mandarin).
To encourage longer attendance at Chen Style Tai Chi Academy, the school offers discounts. The longer your stay, the cheaper cost per day.
Our rooms are limited, please make sure to make reservation in time so your stay at the academy is secured. In spring, summer and autumn, if you don’t book in advance, we will not have a room to arrange for you. We recommend to all the students to apply between 6 and 2 months before of arriving to our academy. So you can organize everything in peace and with time.

All of our prices & Fees are in US Dollars, but Euros, Pounds, CADS and AUDS are acceptable as well. The prices & fees will be adjusted according to the fluctuation of Chinese commodity prices and the exchange rate.
Our prices are all package prices, we do not provide training and accommodation separately. If you want to training at our school, the price is the same regardless of whether you live at our school or not.
Due to cultural and customary differences between countries, we do not arrange roommates for international students. If you’re coming with 2 persons and live in a hotel style shared double room (with 2 seperate beds), the price will be cheaper.
The additional costs is for picking up service at Zhengzhou Xinzheng Airport $60 (Jiaozuo West Railway Station $25 or Jiaozuo Train Station $25). Also be mindful of other expenses that you have to cover during your travel. For example, flight tickets, visas, pocket money, or even souvenirs.
How To Pay?
Reservation is needed for every students, after submitting APPLICATION FORM, you need to pay 40% of tuition fees for making reservation, then pay the rest by cash upon your arrival at Chen Style Tai Chi Academy.
For sending International funds, we accept Bank Transfer (Wire Transfer or Swift Transfer), Alipay, Western Union or TransferWise (WISE). Please follow the detailed different payment methods below or email us and we can help answer any questions that you may have during the process.
Bank Transfer (or Swift Transfer)
Our bank account can accepts USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD and other major currencies in the world. Be sure to have everything clearly planned with the school and please check over all information so that is matches before sending the transfer. If there are errors, we will not be able to receive the funds and you may have to resend the transfer and incur more fees.

Alipay
Alipay is the most popular payment method in China, it will be very helpful for your trip in China (Currently Cash payment is rarely used in China). You should download Alipay App then add your Visa, Master or Credit card in it, so you can simply scan the Alipay code to pay when you travel in China.
If you want to pay by Alipay payment, you should contact us to get the Alipay code to pay in CNY directly.
Western Union
Our Western Union account only accepts USD and EUR. You should transfer Western Union payment Online or at your local bank of Western Union agent (Here you can find agent locations). You need to send money to us for a CASH PICKUP, then provide us the MTCN number. If you have any problems please feel free to email us.

Prior to sending any transfers, please coordinate with Chen Style Tai Chi Academy by email us here and asking any questions. We will assist you through the process and get you applied for classes.
Refund Policy
1). Our training spots are limited; therefore all training sessions are required to booking in advance. We regard the action of paying the reservation fee as your confirmation of commitment to attend our academy.
2). The tuition fees including both the reservation fee and the remaining balance paid upon arrival at the school—are non-refundable.
3). After paying the reservation fee, if your plan change, you should notify us one month in advance; then you can re-apply to attend our school within one year.
4). After arriving at the school, if you have to leave for personal reasons, you may return to resume your training within two years. Please note that you must contact us at least one month in advance to facilitate the necessary visa process.
To safeguard your interests, please carefully read our school’s refund policy. Once you have completed the payment, we will strictly adhere to the provisions outlined in this policy.
